We install concrete walks of three different types: plain, exposed aggregate, & colored. Plain concrete is simply traditional gray concrete. This is the least expensive of the above options. Exposed aggregate concrete has the top layer of pea gravel (aggregate) partially exposed. Because of the higher cost of pea gravel concrete and the additional labor, exposed aggregate concrete is more expensive than traditional concrete.
